About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, supporting their needs and promoting their overall well-being. Our CNA team is responsible for providing essential care services, including assisting with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and documenting patient information. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
Monitor and report patient vital signs, and maintain accurate records
Assist with feeding, toileting, and bathing patients
Support patients with exercise programs and mobility exercises
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center is a short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facility located in Watsontown, Pennsylvania. We are proud to offer a warm and welcoming environment that honors the uniqueness of each patient. Our facility is conveniently located near historic Lewisburg and Bucknell University, and just 5 miles from Milton State Park.
