JOB SUMMARY:
A rapidly expanding company supplying highly efficient turbo blowers to waste treatment plants and other industries is seeking an Aftermarket project coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Aftermarket, the Aftermarket project coordinator will be responsible for supporting activities related to the aftermarket equipment modifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Controlling the timelines for the various projects to ensure that deadlines are respected with the production of Gantt charts;
· Controlling the manufacturing order, supplier coordination and delivery schedules;
· Preparing technical and commercial proposals for blower modifications and upgrades with the assistance of our technical service team;
· Creating sales orders and jobs in the ERP system;
· Working with aftermarket colleagues on quote follow ups;
· Acknowledging receipt of applicable purchase orders;
· Keeping customers informed of the status of their orders;
· Maintaining records on CRM system;
· Coordinating internally the execution of the upgrades with the different departments;
· Identifying and clarifying technical issues in the customer requirements with the assistance of our technical service team;
· Managing kick-off and postmortem meetings for instigating and closing off projects;
· In collaboration with the Upgrade and service configuration specialist ensuring technical documentation is properly issued and distributed both internally and externally as required;
· Generating accurate scope of supply and corresponding costing;
· Assisting in the preparation of our technical scope of supply and ensure the accuracy of our sales costing by basing our cost on representative price quotes from our suppliers;
· Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- University or college degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Innate talent for customer service
- Excellent customer service and after-sales service skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Collaborative person who can work both independently and in a team.
- Preferably Bilingual: English and French.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
