WORK & HAVE FUN!
Come hang out with me, and support my amazing team of caregivers! We urgently need an additional part-time RN or LVN who can work 1-3 days/week. [AM Shift is 7:30-3:15, and PM is 3 -10 or 11 PM]
I'm a 33-year male with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. In between my activities of daily living and medical procedures (I have a gastrostomy tube and respiratory treatments), I like to be out and about going on adventures! I enjoy art, cooking, watching sports, games, movies, singing, music, walks and bus rides. I love hanging out with family and making new friends.
Pay: RN rate is 58-60$/hour. Contact me for CNA or LVN nursing pay rate.
Location: I split my time between my parent’s homes in Santa Cruz. One lives right next to UCSC and the other is in Midtown/Seabright (near the bus lines).
Job duties: nursing assessment, and treatments per my nursing plan of treatment, personal care, assistance in family and community life. I am seeking someone who is dependable, responsible, active, and fun. Experience with adults or children with disabilities preferred, not required.
