Production Associate I
Shift: Days - 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Thursday
Location: Verdi, NV
Pay: $18.00/hr

Manufacturing experience is not required. Paid, on-the-job training is provided for motivated and dependable candidates.
Position Summary
Production Associates support daily manufacturing operations by assembling, moving, and inspecting doors throughout the production process. Associates rotate between tasks and work as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, assemble, and move doors and materials
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Perform quality checks and inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Rotate tasks as needed to support production
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- No manufacturing experience required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attendance and teamwork
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
