Covenant Computing is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Texas, specializing in reliable IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, nurse call systems, low-voltage cabling, VoIP, access control, and technology solutions tailored for senior living communities and SMBs. We partner with leading providers like RCare (Senior Safety Technologies), Notify Software, Teton AI, and others to deliver installations, managed services, and compliance-focused solutions that help facilities reduce risk, improve operations, and enhance resident safety.
As we expand our footprint in Texas senior living and related verticals, we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join us on a commission-only 1099 basis. This is a high-upside opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in B2B sales and wants uncapped earning potential while helping organizations that truly make a difference.
The Role
You’ll hunt for and close new business, focusing on managed IT services, nurse call/maintenance contracts, cybersecurity solutions, cabling/install projects, and related technology offerings. You’ll represent Covenant Computing to executive directors, facility administrators, and decision-makers in senior living and complementary markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with SMB clients across Texas (and potentially beyond).
- Present tailored solutions for MSP support, Nurse Call integrations, managed networks, low-voltage installs, and AI-enhanced cybersecurity.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, demos/proposals, negotiations..
- Collaborate with our technical team on exact customer needs
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide feedback to refine our offerings and marketing.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, associations, or virtual meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in IT/MSP, senior living, healthcare technology, low-voltage, or related services.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build trust in long-cycle, relationship-driven sales.
- Knowledge of (or quick learner for) managed services, cybersecurity threats, nurse call systems, and compliance needs in senior living.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings in the DFW/Houston/San Antonio areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points: Existing network in senior living (e.g., Texas Assisted Living Association contacts), experience with MSP tools (ConnectWise, Odoo, etc.), or success selling to C-level admins/facility owners.
Compensation & Opportunity
- 100% Commission with competitive, uncapped rates structured around MRR/TCV and residuals for recurring services. Top performers in this model routinely earn six figures by aligning with strong pipelines and repeat/referral business.
