No sales, no cold calling—just meaningful customer support.

Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

After Training: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Onsite at our Las Vegas office (777 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107) for approximately 90 days during training and until performance metrics are met

Serve as a trusted resource for members navigating their benefit options

Resolve eligibility, enrollment, and claims-related questions with professionalism and care

Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with every caller

Partner with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to quickly resolve member concerns

About You
Required:

High school diploma
-
1+ year of customer service experience

Strong typing and basic computer skills
Preferred:

Bilingual Spanish

Life & Health License

Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
