Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated "TOP SHELF" Trimmers for a 2-3 week trim session. After the 2-3 weeks is up, there may be the option to get on part/full time depending on your quality/speed balance trimming...
This role is perfect for individuals who excel at trimming the highest quality flower!
YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR PROFESSIONAL TRIMMING EXPERIENCE to be considered for a tryout.
(You would not believe how many 1st timers think they want to be a trimmer and quit within a day or two! It takes a special, mentally strong type to succeed at this position)
Duties
- Trim ON STEM, touching the actual flower as little possible preserving the trichomes
- Show up with CLEAN clothes and shoes every day
- Be at work ON TIME every day and ready to tackle the day's challenges
- Have your own RELIABLE vehicle with valid license and insurance
- Possess a valid OLCC marijuana worker permit
- NO DRAMA in the trim room, courteous and professional attitudes only
Experience
- Prior professional trimming experience required (extra consideration for on stem)
- That's really it... one last time.. You must have professional experience trimming
Compensation
- Pay range from $22-25/hr depending on speed. (Quality standard must be met)
- 400g/8hr shift is the minimum target (Rotating strains constantly)
