Business Insight Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, statistics, business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within mortgage, banking, or financial services.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working in relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Snowflake.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Business Insight Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze reverse mortgage pipeline data, loan performance, and financial trends to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across lending, marketing, servicing, and customer experience.
- Partner with marketing and business leaders to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance, interest rate impacts, borrower behavior, and risk indicators to inform decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and visual presentations for executive stakeholders.
