Door-to-Door Fiber Optic Sales Representative
We are seeking motivated, goal-driven Door-to-Door Fiber Optic Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-speed fiber optic internet services to residential customers within assigned territories. Representatives will canvass neighborhoods, educate potential customers on the benefits of fiber internet, identify customer needs, and close sales while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, giving top performers the opportunity to earn substantial income. In addition to commissions, monthly performance incentives and bonuses are available for representatives who meet or exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and territories on a daily basis.
- Present and explain fiber optic internet products, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.
- Build rapport with homeowners and address questions or concerns professionally.
- Generate new customer leads and close sales in the field.
- Accurately complete customer applications and submit required documentation.
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and performance expectations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and ongoing product education sessions.
- Stay informed on current promotions, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous door-to-door, retail, or direct sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing assigned territories effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods.
