The Vinyl Outlet is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Permit Specialist to help keep our construction and renovation projects moving smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and staying organized, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications
- Coordinate with local and state permitting offices
- Ensure projects stay compliant with building codes and regulations
- Maintain permit records and documentation
- Work closely with project managers and field teams
- Communicate permit updates and help resolve delays
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in permit coordination, construction administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
