Serenity Smiles Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro!

Responsibilities:

Perform coronal polishing under the supervision of the dentist.

Assist with patient care and chairside procedures.
-
Take digital radiographs.
-
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories.
-
Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience.
-
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
-
Assist with scheduling flow and maintaining clinical efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
Active Tennessee RDA license required.
-
Coronal polishing certification required.
-
Minimum 6 months dental assisting experience required.
-
X-ray certification preferred.

Strong communication and patient rapport skills.
-
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
