SCHEDULE
-Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM (40 hours)
-Part-Time: Flexible scheduling available
4-hour shifts available
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Answer inbound and make outbound calls
-Assist customers with questions and account needs
-Explain products, services, and coverage options
-Promote products and close sales when possible
-Collect payments and help retain customers
-Build positive relationships with clients
-Update customer info in system (CRM)
-Meet sales goals and performance targets
-Stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
-Reliable transportation
-Strong communication skills
-Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
-Willingness to learn
-Good attendance
-Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
-No experience needed (training provided)
LOCATION
-Boca Raton, FL (in-office position)
-Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
