RN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
- Administer treatments and follow individualized care plans
- Communicate and collaborate with care team and families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN or LPN license (1+ year preferred)
- Infusion nursing experience preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and compassion
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care
