- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement care plans and follow individualized instructions for each client
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as nursing home, hospice care, or home care
- Familiarity with care plans and case management systems
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations related to caregiving
- First aid certification is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
