Job Summary
- Lead and support daily workflow within a designated department
- Delegate tasks and ensure team members stay on track with production goals
- Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching (OJT)
- Troubleshoot operational and inventory-related issues in real time
- Perform audits on production work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Support inventory control, including research and reconciliation
- Assist with cycle counting processes and resolve discrepancies
- Collect and report inventory data to leadership on a weekly basis
- Communicate with internal teams regarding workflow, issues, and project updates
- Support safety initiatives and training within the department

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Prior leadership, lead, or specialist-level experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with inventory systems and data tracking
- Ability to train and guide team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
