Full Job Description for Manager for Water Mitigation
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls during regular business hours and after hours, as needed.
- Participate in the Mitigate, Inc. on-call rotation schedule.
- Travel to job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area and surrounding communities.
- Perform emergency mitigation services as directed by your supervisor, working collaboratively with team members to restore customer properties.
- Work closely with supervisors, fellow technicians, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and complete job file documentation.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, perform moisture inspections, adjust equipment as needed, and address customer questions and concerns.
- Record moisture readings and other project information in the company's job management software.
- Remove drying equipment upon project completion and perform a final cleaning of the work area.
- Inventory, load, and maintain work vehicles with the equipment, products, and supplies required for each project.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, organized, and fully prepared for the next assignment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and high standard of personal hygiene, and promote these standards among team members
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Someone willing to jump in and help wherever needed and take on tasks as they come up.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take direction.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.

- Weekends (as needed)
- On Call (rotation)
- Holidays (as needed)
