We are currently seeking an experienced Health Facility Surveyor, RN to join our team. This role offers a combination of in-person and remote responsibilities and requires frequent travel to healthcare facilities across the United States.

- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- An active Health Facility Surveyor license (CMS ID#)
Both credentials are required for this role. Applications without these licenses will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct facility surveys to ensure compliance with CMS regulations and standards
- Collaborate with survey team members and facility staff throughout the survey process
- Report findings and progress to the survey team lead
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and document findings with accuracy and clarity
- Stay current on regulatory updates, CMS standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of patient care, documentation practices, and the survey process
- Familiarity with infection control standards, CMS regulations, and licensure requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and present findings
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Health Facility Surveyor License- CMS ID
- 3+ years of experience conducting health facility surveys
- Knowledge of CMS regulations, standards, and licensure requirements
- SMQT certification
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for assignments
