Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Youth Program Coordinator with high energy, exceptional leadership skills, and a knack for working with kids. If you have a background in coaching, youth mentoring, or teaching, and are ready to make a positive impact, this opportunity is for you! We are needing someone to start August 10th .
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Delivery: Lead and coordinate engaging programs and activities for elementary school students.
- Leadership: Serve as a role model and mentor, inspiring children to achieve their best.
- Organization & Time Management: Plan, schedule, and execute activities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Travel: Visit various elementary schools to implement and oversee programs.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with school staff, parents, and program participants.
- Safety: Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching, youth mentoring, or teaching.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
