Position Summary
Atlético Dallas is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to support the club’s retail operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional fan experience through outstanding customer service, merchandise sales, and efficient store operations during both regular business hours and matchdays.
The ideal candidate is passionate about soccer, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in representing the Atlético Dallas brand.
This is a part-time position with schedules of up to 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and matchdays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to fans, guests, and customers at all retail locations
Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, and product information
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
Process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions in accordance with club procedures
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
E-Commerce & Fulfillment
- Assist with online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, shipping, and tracking customer orders
Help ensure accurate and timely delivery of e-commerce purchases
Maintain organized inventory and packing supplies for online operations
Inventory & Logistics
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandise organization
Support inventory transfers across event and retail locations
Help with receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and stock counts
Maintain accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
Matchday & Event Responsibilities
- Support retail operations during home matches, special events, and community appearances
Assist with setup and breakdown of merchandise displays, kiosks, and pop-up retail locations
Help create a positive and engaging shopping experience for supporters on game days
Work collaboratively with retail staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise or boxes as needed
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and matchdays
Passion for soccer and fan engagement strongly preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license
Must have good driving record
Able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in sports, entertainment, or event environments
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology
Basic understanding of inventory management practices
Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus
