Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated carpenter with strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, can think creatively to solve challenges, and is capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks from framing to finish work
- Assist with residential remodeling, renovations, and additions
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Work independently and as part of a team as project needs require
- Follow job site safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience
- Strong experience in remodeling, renovation, and residential construction
- Finish carpentry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle and personal tools required
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
