We are seeking an energetic and dependable Shuttle Van Driver , Limo Driver , Professional Chauffeur to join our dynamic transportation team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating our vehicle to transport kids or adult passengers efficiently and comfortably between designated locations. Your enthusiasm for driving, excellent customer service skills, and attention to safety will ensure a positive experience for all riders. Position : This is on call and part time job with 1 or 2 days working a week . Average 5-10 hours .
Driver will be responsible for safety driving and maintain a Black Car or 15 passenger van , ensuring punctual pick-up and drop-offs , and providing safe , reliable transportation for children .
Experience Driving : Driver must be familiar with driving in Washington DC , Maryland and Virginia , and have strong knowledge of navigation traffic and route in Washington DC . Also Airport trip and long distance trip
Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vans, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies during passenger transport.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, including routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow scheduled routes and pick-up/drop-off times accurately to ensure timely service.
- Assist passengers with special needs or mobility challenges, demonstrating sensitivity and support.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch or supervisors regarding route updates, delays, or incidents.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or commercial driving preferred.
- Proven experience as a Black car driver , bus driver, or in a similar transportation role such as 15 passengers van .
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members.
- Ability to perform light maintenance checks and handle basic vehicle troubleshooting.
- Physical capability for light lifting and assisting passengers as needed.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper driving techniques.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and attitude.
