Overview
We are currently seeking nurses for clients located in Grand Blanc, Chesaning, Plymouth, and Novi areas. We are looking to add dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurses to our expanding healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care to a patient in the comfort of their own home. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Positions are available for the following days/shifts :
Grand Blanc & Chesaning-7a-7p & 7p-7a shifts
Plymouth & Novi- Visits for wound & ostomy care - 7a, 3p, 6p, 7p (Visits take 1-1.5 hrs/Pay $60 per visit)
Plymouth- RN for PICC Line flush and tube feedings. Hourly Care 8a-11a & 7p-10p $40hr.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and diagnostic evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide care for patients requiring specialized attention, including trach and Peg Tube care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Experience
- Current Nursing License in the state of Michigan
- Proficiency in performing skilled tasks and managing a daily care routine.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to best practices in nursing standards.
