We are Anthemion Senior Living, LLC. We are a State-of-The-Art 54-unit Memory Care Assisted Living Community in Norwell, MA, The Cordwainer. We are proud to be family owned and operated. The Cordwainer will be the first of its kind being the first Assisted Living Community specifically for the memory impaired in Norwell, MA.
We are looking for an extraordinary, experienced Housekeeper to join our family. This role will report to the Maintenance Director. Someone who will be customer service focused and loves to work with seniors and helps promote their best life. Good sense of humor; positive enthusiastic attitude. Self-motivated with a passion.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 1-2 years of housekeeping experience required, preferably in a senior living or hospitality environment
- Must be a team player
- Enjoy working with a senior population
Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand 90% of scheduled shift. Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Clean resident apartments
- Clean all common area and amenity spaces timely and effectively.
- Follow protocol for use of specific chemicals
- Understand policy and procedures related to biohazardous waste
- Maintain the cleanliness of public restrooms
