Available Shifts
Med Tech (Full-Time)
- Swing Shift: Thursday–Saturday
Caregiver (Full-Time)
- Day Shift: Friday–Monday
- Swing Shifts:
- Friday–Tuesday
- Sunday–Thursday
- Friday–Monday
- NOC Shift: Sunday–Saturday
What You’ll Do
As a Med Tech / Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.)
- Administer and manage medications (Med Tech role)
- Support caregivers and collaborate with your team
- Prepare meals, assist with laundry, and light housekeeping
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Med Tech (preferred for Med Tech roles)
- Caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care (preferred but not required)
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions and maintain accurate records
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and compassion for working with seniors
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
We will train the right caregiver candidates.
