We’re hiring a Lead CNC Machinist for 2nd shift working on tight-tolerance aerospace and defense parts.
This is hands-on machining in a well-equipped environment focused on precision — not production work.
You’ll run complex parts, keep work moving, and support the team on your shift.

- Hermle 5-axis CNC machines
- DMG MORI & Okuma CNC equipment
- Zeiss CMM inspection systems
- Agie Charmilles Wire & Sinker EDM
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
What you’ll be doing
- Lead 2nd shift and keep production on track
- Set up and machine complex parts
- Troubleshoot issues and keep work moving
- Hold tight tolerances and maintain quality
- Support and guide the team
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years CNC machining (high-precision environment; aerospace/defense preferred)
- Prior leadership experience required
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- 5-axis experience preferred
- Experience with Inconel, Titanium, or exotic materials is a plus
