1. Experience working with middle school students preferred
2. Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plans and classroom accommodations
3. Support students in understanding content, completing assignments, and developing organizational skills
4. Facilitate small-group and individual instruction
5. Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
6. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to build positive relationships with student and staff
