American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience for a 13-week assignment at a Level 2 trauma teaching hospital.

Work in the Heart Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
-
1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
-
10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-
40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
-
Floating is not required
-
On-call requirements include 1 night weekly and 1 weekend every 4th weekend for weekend and holiday coverage
-
Techs are required to scrub, circulate, and monitor

Epic EMR experience required

Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab specialty experience required

Current BLS and ACLS certification required

ARRT certification with FL license required, or RCIS, or RCES (license required if applicable)

Epic EMR experience required

Experience in a trauma level, teaching facility setting preferred

Facility is a Level 2 trauma center and teaching hospital

Designated Comprehensive Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center

Orientation held every Monday

Local candidates accepted, except those with a permanent address in Tallahassee
