About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced
Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the operational leader behind the company's marketing organization. This individual will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a critical role in driving marketing execution, managing cross-functional initiatives, coordinating events and tradeshows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Marketing Director to establish priorities, guide execution, and support the development of the marketing team.

Own the intake, planning, and execution of marketing requests across multiple business units.

Build and improve marketing workflows and operational processes to ensure efficient project delivery.

Manage end-to-end execution of tradeshows and events, including logistics, vendor management, booth coordination, budgets, and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) claims.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the marketing team by translating business needs into actionable marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Support global marketing communications efforts while maintaining brand consistency across regions and channels.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

7-10 years of marketing experience with a strong background in marketing operations, communications, campaign execution, or event marketing.

Experience serving as a senior individual contributor or team lead.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Proven experience managing tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience supporting global marketing communications and collaborating across regions and time zones.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Comfortable learning and incorporating AI tools into daily marketing workflows.

Experience with Airtable is a plus but not required.

Experience within the technology, data center, enterprise infrastructure, or storage industry is highly preferred.
Preferred Background

B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates with strong consumer marketing experience will also be considered if they have prior experience within the storage or technology industry.
