Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting them with their plumbing needs. Your expertise in plumbing materials will help guide customers in making informed decisions about their purchases.
Full and Part-time position available.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and services that meet their needs.
- Utilize your knowledge of plumbing matierials to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the plumbing field and retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with plumbing parts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services in the plumbing sector.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds
