DRIVE GROWTH IN A HIGH-IMPACT TERRITORY – JOIN MILWAUKEE ELECTRONICS
Milwaukee Electronics is expanding its UniDrive product line, a motion and automation platform designed for industrial conveyor applications. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across a large, multi-state territory spanning Texas through the Eastern United States.
This is a true hunter role focused on opening doors, winning new business, and building market presence with conveyor OEMs, material handling manufacturers, and automation integrators.
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates must reside in the Southeast or Eastern United States to be considered.
This is a remote, field-based role supporting a territory that spans Texas through the Eastern U.S.
ROLE SUMMARY
You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth across a highly competitive industrial market.
Success in this role requires persistence, technical credibility, and the ability to engage directly with engineers, plant leaders, and decision-makers.
This role requires significant regional travel and a strong focus on new business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business development within conveyor, material handling, and automation markets
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with OEMs, integrators, and industrial customers
- Spend significant time in the field meeting customers and understanding application needs
- Build relationships with engineers, plant managers, and business leaders
- Present technical solutions in a clear, practical manner
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order placement
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and accurate CRM activity
- Represent UniDrive at trade shows and industry events
- Provide market and competitive insights to internal teams
- Support customer success and follow-up post-sale
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–10+ years of industrial sales experience
- Direct experience in conveyor, material handling, or automation markets (required)
- Proven ability to generate new business (hunter mentality)
- Experience calling on OEMs, integrators, or mid-to-large industrial customers
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (controls experience a plus)
- Must reside within the Southeast or Eastern U.S.
- Willingness to travel regularly across a multi-state territory
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience selling motors, conveyor components, or automation systems
- Existing network within conveyor or material handling industries
- Experience growing and managing a large geographic territory
