Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead bar operations and oversee daily service.
- Prepare cocktails to house standards while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Supervise bar prep, inventory, cleanliness, and organization.
- Train, support, and lead the bar team to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all beverages, menu items, allergens, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service.
- Process POS transactions and uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexible availability.
