Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Closet Design & Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will combine your passion for interior design with your sales expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide clients through the design process, showcase our premium products, and close sales that transform their spaces into functional works of art.
Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences through in-depth consultations
- Create detailed layout designs using our proprietary design software to visualize custom closet solutions
- Present design options and highlight features and benefits
- Build strong customer relationships by providing expert advice on space planning and design aesthetic
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently and confidently
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure designs are accurately executed and customer expectations are exceeded
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, high-end retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on interior design or remodeling projects
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other CAD software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems for seamless client management and product demonstrations
- Strong relationship selling skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, and remodeling best practices is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for quotes and measurements accurately. Simple math evaluation quiz will be part of the interview process
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with this type of workflow is highly desireable
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for interior design and client relationship building

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
