Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through product options
- Draft contracts
- Follow up with prospects, make sure they have your contact information
- Keep record of contracts with you at all times
- Prepare construction contract notes and detail for project manager and field foreman
- Participate in all seminars
- Always be reachable
Requirements
- Previous construction/sales experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
