Join our virtual assistant team, where we provide outsourced customer service and support solutions for businesses across various industries. You’ll be joining our company and trained to represent our clients professionally as part of our team.
One of the accounts you may support is a growing retail sporting goods company based in Miami that is currently expanding into a larger location due to continued growth in both in-store and online customer activity. As our business grows, you may also be cross-trained to support other clients and accounts.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
What You'll Do:
- Represent our client's brand while assisting their customers via email, with some phone answering as needed
- Help with questions related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and tracking
- Respond to general customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews
- Support resolution of issues related to chargebacks, inventory, vendors, or order fulfillment
- Work collaboratively with our internal team in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of emails and calls
- Be ready to switch between tasks, priorities, or accounts quickly as business needs change
Requirements:
- Must have your own laptop or computer
- Must have your own smartphone
- Reliable, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi connection
- Quiet, professional home workspace
