NES Solutions is a leader in the security industry based out of New England. We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and dedicated individual to join our team as a dispatch personnel at our main office in Smithfield, RI.
*IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR (4:30PM-12:30AM) & (12:30AM-08:30AM) FILL-IN POSITIONS*
As dispatch personnel, you will be responsible for answering phones, clocking in and clocking out guard staff at our client sites, monitoring personnel throughout the shift, answering questions presented by guards, and at times answering questions from our clients as well. You will be part of a team that provides 24/7 dispatch services to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, stay calm under stressful situations, and interact professionally with guard staff on duty at various times throughout the evening and overnight shifts. Dispatch personnel also must be computer savvy and we will train the right person who has the above personality characteristics and the drive to learn!
Starting pay ranges from $17.00- $20 per hour depending on availability to work, previous related work experience, and level of professionalism demonstrated during a probationary period. The potential candidate(s) must successfully complete a minimum of 3 full days of training before consideration for employment.
