We are seeking a creative, experienced bartender who is passionate about mixology and providing outstanding customer service. As a bartender at The Little Room, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, including specialties, while maintaining a clean, organized bar. You’ll work closely with our team to deliver a unique and welcoming experience to every guest.
- Craft high-quality cocktails and drinks with a focus on attention to detail and creativity.
- Maintain knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, with a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a friendly and engaging bar atmosphere.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all health and safety standards, including handling customer food allergies and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients.
- Passion for mixology and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong English language skills preferred, bilingual a plus
- Must be 21 years or older and have a valid California Food Handler Card (or obtain one before starting).
- Must have a CA RBS Certificate
