Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas, ensuring proper handling and storage of inventory
- Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools to meet production specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify mechanical issues or maintenance needs, supporting continuous operation
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance activities with precision and safety in mind
- Maintain accurate records of materials movement, production progress, and quality checks throughout shifts
- Support warehouse organization by stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues on the manufacturing floor and implement process improvements
Skills
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with familiarity in assembly processes
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts confidently
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency on the assembly line
- Hands-on experience with factory equipment maintenance or troubleshooting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team-oriented setting
- Prior experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing processes enhances your fit for this role
