We’re seeking a Resident Care Manager to support our Memory Care team and ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care for seniors living safely in their homes.

What You’ll Do

Oversee care plans for Memory Care clients
-
Support caregivers with training, coaching, and communication
-
Conduct client visits and assessments

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and leadership

Ensure compliance with DHS and company standards
-
18 years old (required)
-
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in caregiving supervisor or management role
-
Experience in a retirement community or memory care (preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to work independently and support caregivers
- Leadership qualities to connect with staff, problem sold, resolve conflict, and promote health work habits.

Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle (required)

CPR & Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain)

Pass DHS background check (required)
