Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a BT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized behavioral therapy in various settings. Your expertise will help these children develop critical skills, build confidence, and improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other team members
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Ability to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional and patient demeanor in challenging situations
$22 - $26 HOURLY competitive salary
