What You’ll Do:
As our Inventory Parts Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things parts-related. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, streamline parts organization, and lead a team that keeps our shop efficient and well-stocked.
Your day-to-day will include:

Managing inventory levels and parts locations

Overseeing the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing

Coordinating with technicians and counter staff to fulfill parts orders

Leading inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits

Creating and improving SOPs for inventory and receiving

Supporting and mentoring team members

Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient parts department

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking someone who’s not just experienced—but passionate about process improvement and team leadership.

Strong knowledge of parts pricing and inventory systems

CDK experience is a must

CDJR is preferred, but not required

Excellent organizational and communication skills
