Description:
Our growing Orange County-based personal injury and product liability law firm is looking for a talented senior litigation paralegal who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. Employment or personal injury experience preferred. Strong litigation and trial preparation experience required.
Must be a self-starter and be able to handle all aspects of a case from filing through trial. This talented paralegal will report directly to one of the trial partners.
Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills.

Duties include:

Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal software

Assisting with depositions, witness preparation, and research

Prepare and handle all exhibits
