Teacher-Leader & School Operations Coordinator

Global Connection Academy is seeking a talented and versatile professional who enjoys helping a school grow, improve, and serve students and families well.
This position combines teaching, administrative support, and school operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with students, supporting day-to-day school functions, assisting families, and helping strengthen school programs and enrollment efforts.
Responsibilities may include:
- Teaching and supporting students in the classroom
- Assisting with daily school operations and administration
- Supporting family communication and enrollment activities
- Conducting school tours and following up with prospective families
- Helping coordinate schedules, events, and school programs
- Maintaining records and assisting with organizational systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and student experiences
- Providing leadership and problem-solving support where needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Positive attitude, initiative, and strong follow-through
- Experience working with children, families, schools, nonprofits, or community organizations is a plus
