We are looking for a talented and compassionate Hospitalist to join our inpatient internal medicine team. The Hospitalist will perform an array of clinical tasks including ordering laboratory tests and diagnostics, conducting and documenting physical exams, managing patients' care and educating patients on their conditions. Responsibilities:
- Maintain patient records.
- Perform physical exams and diagnostics of patients.
- Diagnose patients and determine treatment.
- Communicate with other staff members and consultants about patient care.
- Maintain awareness about new treatments and developments in the medical field.
- Provide technical assistance to medical students.
- Provide Quality care and try to achieve Hospitalist metrics including patient satisfaction score and decreasing readmission rate
- Mentor Medical students
Pay: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
