Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational management of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in property management, mechanical systems repair, and team supervision. As Property Manager, you will ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our properties by managing maintenance teams, implementing safety regulations, and coordinating repairs. This role offers an opportunity to lead property operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. MUST HAVE CAR, CAR INSURANCE AND A DRIVERS LICENSE.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage property maintenance to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Oversee mechanical systems repair including HVAC systems, electrical systems—high voltage included—and plumbing maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage projects related to property upgrades or repairs while adhering to safety protocols and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain documentation for safety inspections and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or commercial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems—including high voltage—and plumbing system maintenance.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, Ohmmeters, and other troubleshooting tools for engineering diagnostics.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safety procedures specific to industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting, planning, and communication purposes.
- Experience managing facilities using CMMS software for scheduling and documentation purposes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills combined with project management expertise in facilities management contexts.
- MUST HAVE CAR, CAR INSURANCE AND A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
