Blue Hippo Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from the initial emergency mitigation through complete reconstruction.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate emergency water mitigation, structural drying, demolition, and reconstruction.
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Perform job site inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers throughout each project.
- Review scopes of work, estimates, supplements, and change orders.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
- Maintain complete job documentation, photos, moisture logs, and daily updates.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Water Damage Mitigation
- Mold Remediation
- Fire Damage Restoration
- Reconstruction
- Insurance Restoration
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.
- Experience with Xactimate is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with JobTread, DASH, Encircle, Matterport, or similar restoration software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid Texas driver's license.

- IICRC AMRT
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
