Mix Tape Ventures is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Digital Operations Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of eCommerce and operating businesses.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll work across multiple areas of the business including:
- eCommerce
- systems administration
- operations
- marketplace management
- fulfillment
- technical support
- operational project support
No two days look exactly the same here.
One day you may be launching products on a marketplace. The next day you might be helping troubleshoot systems, updating product catalogs, coordinating with an Amazon agency, setting up new employees, or assisting with fulfillment operations.
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited to grow alongside a fast-moving organization.
Responsibilities
- Support eCommerce operations across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other platforms
- Manage product catalog updates via CSV imports/exports
- Coordinate with external agencies and software partners
- Assist with Amazon FBA shipment prep and marketplace operations
- Set up and manage user accounts across internal systems
- Support onboarding and setup of employee devices and accounts
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues
- Assist with operational and technical projects across multiple brands
- Help implement new systems, tools, and process improvements
- Support fulfillment and logistics operations when needed
- Assist with website updates and backend platform maintenance
- Help maintain organization across digital systems and operational workflows

This is a full-time, in-office position.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
