Taphouse 15 in Wharton, NJ is a large, fast paced New American Grill with a scratch kitchen and a full service Craft Beer centric Bar. We are seeking servers for a new and busy season. The Server’s priorities and responsibilities are to exceed our guest’s expectations by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.
Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide an Exceptionally Distinctive Guest Experience by:
Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience by
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
