Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, latte, espresso, teas) using an industrial espresso machine
Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy
Have a deep knowledge about the hotel and local area
Anticipate customer needs when assisting all guests with their orders to ensure a positive experience
Follow all company policies and procedures in regards to cash handling, food and beverage preparation, safety and daily operation of the restaurant
Prepare all orders according to company standards while meeting or exceeding speed of service and quality expectations
Maintain a clean and organized guest environment as well as a clean and organized workspace
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu
Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate POS system
All other tasks and duties as assigned
1-2 years of barista knowledge
Previous hospitality experience preferred
Experience in a high volume restaurant is a must
