Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily outbound operations and ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, optimize outbound workflows, monitor productivity, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and operational performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates to maximize team performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor outbound KPIs, including order accuracy, productivity, on-time shipment, and labor utilization.
- Coordinate with inventory, inbound, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize outbound workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage outbound activities, monitor inventory movements, and generate operational reports.
- Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and labor allocation based on daily shipping volume.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged orders, and customer fulfillment issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of outbound operations, order fulfillment, shipping processes, and inventory control.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in e-commerce or 3PL warehouse operations is highly preferred.
Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin.
- Experience supervising outbound operations in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
