Position Overview
We are currently expanding our rehabilitation services and seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Pine Street Open Door location.

What You’ll Do
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress in the EHR
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety
- Maintain therapeutic equipment and ensure proper usage
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
- Assist with insurance authorizations and accurate coding
- Comply with CMS reporting standards, including MIPS
- Uphold clinic policies and contribute to an inclusive care environment
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in outpatient or community health settings preferred
- Familiarity with FQHC operations is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and cultural sensitivity
- Must not be listed on any State or Federal exclusion lists

Physical Requirements & Accommodations
